The Scientific Committee

Members of the Scientific Committee include: Dr. Anna Maria Reggiani (Superintendent, Soprintendenza Archeologica per il Lazio); Dr. Maria Grazia Fiore (Inspector, Soprintendenza Archeologica per il Lazio); and Prof. Bernard Frischer (Fellow and Resident of the American Academy in Rome).

The Scientific Committee is responsible for identifying the project's goals, determining what policies and techniques should be employed to achieve them, and selecting consultants as well as the members of the research team. The committee will also oversee publication of periodic reports on the project and the final excavation report.
